Advertising Policies & Procedures for Realtors

Advertising is an essential part of being a real estate agent and in order to protect your license and your client, it is important to always abide by the rules of your Broker, the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, Americans With Disabilities Act, Fair Housing Standards, Reg. Z, Truth-in-Lending and the Code of Ethics.

This includes, but is not limited to business cards, websites (be sure Broker's name/logo is present),facebook, twitter, crags list, flyers, and emails.

Blind advertising (no Real Estate Company is mentioned in the ad) is NOT permitted under any circumstances!!!
